5th Star Electrical has been involved in many flood lighting projects since 2004 for the Queensland Government, shopping centre car park lighting, and sports field lighting.
We design and install to or above the required lighting specification, we repair and maintain all flood lighting, 5th Star installs only trusted and dependable lighting manufacturers products.
5th Star is well equipped for all sports field lighting projects. 5th Star is a licensed electrical contractor, holds a QBCC builders license. Our staff are mainly electricians and carpenters. Thru our network of Engineers and suppliers, we can take care of the whole project, from design to finish. This includes underground cabling infrastructure, pit and cable installation, cage setting and concreting, pole standing, flood light installation, electrical commissioning, and testing.
To make us more efficient on various projects over the years we have invested in an 11 GVM crane truck, a 4000 litre vacuum excavation truck, and a skid steer loader and mini excavator.
With our capabilities we can subcontract and have subcontracted to other larger electrical contracting firms. Our recent projects have been the Gabba Cricket ground tower lighting upgrade, the Cbus Stadium LED flood lighting upgrade and Suncorp Stadium LED flood lighting upgrade.
